Frugalnfit is a personal blog/website that is written and edited by me, Samantha Finnegan. 95% of the photos on this blog were taken by me and the rest were purchased with photographer approval.

This blog does accept forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions, free products for review purposes, and possibly other forms of compensation. If a blog post is being sponsored, a disclaimer will always accompany the post in a clear and concise form. This blog also abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in being honest about consumer relationships, opinions given, and will clearly identify any paid or sponsored content at the bottom of the post.

At times, I have been compensated to provide an opinion on certain products, services, websites, or topics I deem appropriately related to this blog.
