Preheat grill to 450 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, stir ground beef, Vulcan fire spice blend, salt and pepper together
Form 6 patties with the beef mixture. Sprinkle with additional Vulcan fire spices. Place on grill and grill 5-6 minutes each side.
While beef is cooking, mix avocado, garlic powder, and more salt and pepper. Set aside.
Also, slice fresh pineapple and place on grill to sear. After nicely blackened, remove from grill and set aside.
To assemble:
Place one patty on top of 2 leaves of lettuce. Top with pineapple, red onion, guacamole, and pico. Top with 2 more lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
