In a large skillet, cook bacon. Drain and chop into small pieces. Set aside.
Cook corn according to package. Note: You could also grill corn-on-the-cob for an extra boost of flavor!).
In a large saucepan, combine corn, yogurt, cheese, chilis, mayo, and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheeses are melted and combined. Stir in bell pepper and scallions.
Add salt and pepper to combination and stir to combine.
Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
