A Whole30 and Paleo approved rendition of Modern Market's Lemongrass pork!
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for pork.
Place pork butt in slow cooker and top with sauce.
Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours or until pork shreds easily with a fork.
In the slow cooker, shred pork with two forks or take an electric beater and break pork apart with it. Pork will absorb any extra liquid in the slow cooker.
Serve over vegetables or potatoes.
