Meyer Lemon Lavender Salad Dressing


  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lavender Extract I used Taylor & Colledge
  • 1 sprig Fresh Lavender
  • 1/4 cup Meyer Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients (except lavender sprig) together.

  2. Pour mixture into tall dressing container.

  3. Add lavender sprig to container and refrigerate at least an hour.

  4. This dressing will keep in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
