Gluten free pizzelles

Gluten Free Italian Pizzelles


  • 3 Large Eggs Beaten
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 1/2 Cup Gluten free flour blend I used Bob’s red mill 1-to-1
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla extract I used Adam’s extracts
  • 1 Tsp Anise extract


  1. Preheat pizzelle maker.

  2. Add and beat ingredients together in order listed.

  3. Drop by rounded spoonful onto center of preheated grid.

  4. Close lid and cook until steaming stops about 30-60 seconds.

  5. Remove cookies with fork.

  6. Allow to cool on wire rack.

  7. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Store in airtight container.
