Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with liners or spray with coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl or kitchenaid, combine almond butter, egg, and yogurt together. You may need to scrape sides to incorporate all almond butter.
Add rest of ingredients together. Blend until well combined.
Pour 1/4 cup servings into muffin tin.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before removing. Cool completely before serving or muffins may fall apart,
