Grilled Pineapple Hibiscus Coolers

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple cored, peeled, and thickly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Torani Hibiscus Syrup
  • 8 oz seltzer Can use flavored if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 450 degrees.

  2. Place pineapple slices on preheated grill. Grill both sides 3-4 minutes each or until nicely browned. Remove from grill and cool.

  3. In JoyJolt Highball glasses, add ice or frozen pineapple chunks to glass.

  4. Top ice with seltzer water.

  5. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Torani syrup to each glass. Stir to combine.

  6. Top with a grilled pineapple slice. Enjoy!
