Almond Bark Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups powdered white sugar
  • 1 Stick butter, softened
  • 2.5 Cups peanut butter you can use either creamy or chunky
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or paste I used Taylor & Colledge
  • 1 Package almond bark
  • Sprinkles, as desired

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except almond bark and sprinkles) in a large mixing bowl of Kitchenaid.

  2. Stir to combine .

  3. Roll balls into tablespoon size balls.

  4. Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and freeze for at least an hour.

  5. After refrigerating balls, melt almond bark in microwave in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave over medium high heat in 30 second intervals. Remove from microwave and stir with a spatula. Continuing microwaving until fully melted and smooth.

  6. Take peanut butter balls out of freezer.

  7. Using a toothpick, pick up each ball and dip into almond bark, covering each ball completely.

  8. Place balls back on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles to decorate (if desired). Refrigerate again for at least an hour. Now enjoy to your heart’s content. 😁
