A dairy free version of a classic appetizer.
In a small saucepan, combine cream cheese and mayo over low heat.
Add spinach, artichoke hearts, and seasonings to pot.
Stir to combine and heat 5-6 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and dip is well combined.
Remove from heat, place in serving bowl, and sprinkle with scallions. Serve warm.
Notes: You can make this the day before if desired. Just refrigerate and reheat when ready to serve.
