Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a small mixing bowl, stir honey, coconut sugar, garlic, lemon juice, chili sauce, and the coconut aminos together.
Place turkey thighs on a sheet pan and pour 1/2 the sauce over the top. Let sit and marinate as you prepare the vegetables.
Chop sweet potato, onion, and red potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Place chopped veggies and carrots in a large mixing bowl. Pour olive oil over the top and toss.
Place vegetables alongside turkey thighs. Pour additional sauce over the top of vegetables and top with lemon slices.
Bake in oven 30-40 minutes or until turkey thighs are cooked through. Baste with additional sauce as desired.
