Both Paleo friendly and Keto, this recipe for Teriyaki Beef is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Heat a large skillet or work over medium heat. Add olive oil to pan.
Stir-fry spinach in olive oil 2-3 minutes until wilted. Set aside.
Add sesame oil to pan. Saute onions and garlic over medium heat until cooked through and tender.
Add beef to pan and stir-fry together with onion until meat is cooked through.
Combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and 1/2 the sesame seeds and add to beef. Toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve teriyaki beef over spinach immediately. Cover and store leftovers in frig for up to 3 days.
